SCOPE OF WORK

Apex Roofing LLC will perform a complete roof replacement on the primary
residence located at the above address. All work will be completed in
accordance with local building codes and manufacturer specifications.

The project will begin with the systematic removal and disposal of all existing
asphalt shingles, underlayment, and damaged decking boards as needed. A full
inspection of the roof deck will be conducted upon tear-off to identify any
additional structural concerns prior to installation.

New installation will include application of Grace Ice & Water Shield along all
eaves, valleys, and penetration points, followed by synthetic felt underlayment
across the remaining field. Architectural shingles will be installed in a
staggered pattern per manufacturer guidelines. All existing flashing at
chimneys, skylights, and walls will be replaced with new galvanized metal step
and counter flashing.

Change Orders: Any modifications to the agreed scope of work must be approved
in writing by both parties prior to commencement of additional work.
Contractor holds all required permits. Daily site cleanup included.

WARRANTY: 2-year labor warranty. GAF manufacturer warranty on materials.
